Agent Universe is a site from our consortium, Travel Leaders. The site is loaded with tons of information including Preferred Suppliers, Commissions, Travel News, Group Space, and much more. This is also how you will access your Agent Profiler account, which is an included lead generation service from Travel Leaders.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS
Each agent will receive an email with “Agent Profiler Registration” in the subject line. You will create your own account from the link in the email. Then you will have access to Agent Universe and be able to build your Agent Profiler. |
Canva

Canva is an online graphic design service that is simple and easy to use. We have many documents and templates already loaded into Canva for our Dream Designers to use. It is a great software to build great looking quotes and trip information sheets for clients. Also, all of our pre-designed marketing materials from Wanderlust Social is located in Canva for you to use on your social media accounts.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS
Once you are ready to start using your Canva account fill out THIS FORM and we will add you to the Big Dreams Travel Dream Designer Team on Canva. Once that process is complete you will get an email to confirm your account and set your password. |
Melio Payments

This is our direct deposit software for all commission payments from Big Dreams Travel to you as Dream Designers.

Upon completion of training each Dream Designer will receive an email from Melio requesting ACH direct deposit information be added to your account. Please enter the information carefully as the account you upload with Melio is where your commission payments will be sent. |
TA Collective Social Media Marketing

TA Collective is our agency provided social media marketing platform for all of our Dream Designers. Let them do the work of photography, captions, reels, and so much more in helping you market your business on the different social media platforms.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
All Dream Designers will use the SAME LOGIN for TA Collective. It is located on the bottom left of this section. Please follow these instructions: 1) Any photos, videos or materials you are going to use must be downloaded. DO NOT link your social media accounts to the team's TA Collective Account. 2) DO NOT go into the profile section once logged in and change any of the accounts information or password. 3) If you need support on the site please let a Big Dreams Travel Owner know before contacting support as we will typically be the ones who will have to communicate with TA Collective. |
VacationCRM

Vacation CRM is our online Client Relationship Management software. It is used for maintaining client contact information, tracking bookings and payments, collecting client payment information, building trip itineraries, sending invoices to clients, keeping a to-do list for all necessary items for every booking, and sending auto emails to clients at various points leading up to their trip.
