SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS
There are no agent accounts with Away We Go. When booking on their website there is a line that says “Are You a Travel Agent”. In that line you will put your name and phone number, but you MUST also include “Big Dreams Travel AND our IATA/CLIA #” so you will receive your commission. Also, make sure the transfer is added to your clients reservation in VacationCRM so the commission is assigned properly. |
**When booking transfers make sure all vouchers and information is forwarded to your clients in case they need to contact the transfer company due to a flight delay or cancellation.**

Go to the travel agent site at the link above. Make sure you are logging into the "Mears Connect" part of the site on the left hand side of the page. Click “Login” and enter your email address. You DO NOT have a password yet. Click the “Forgot Password” link and you will be emailed your password. To make sure you receive commission for booking you will want to make sure the Big Dreams Travel AND our IATA/CLIA # is listed on the final page before you confirm the reservation. If it is not, clear it and enter the appropriate number.

Use your full agency name (“Big Dreams Travel LLC”) and agency IATA/CLIA number. Click on Global Reservations, Select State and City, Click on Next Step, Book a Ride – continue filling in all necessary fields. Use your email address on the reservation. |
