The Movie district also has a ride themed after the Batman movies, Riddler’s Revenge, the tallest and fasted stand up coaster in the world. The Samurai Summit section of the park is actually located at the top of a hill in the middle of the park. There are several great thrill rides at the top of the hill including Tatsu, the world’s tallest and fastest flying coaster, Superman: The Escape, which catapults riders upwards 41 stories at 100 miles per hour, and Ninja, another suspended steel coaster. The newest coaster in the park is Terminator Salvation a modern wooden coaster located in the Cyclone Bay section of the park. Also, a forward and backwards coaster, Déjà Vu is located in this section of the park. Finally, the Baja Ridge section of the park has two other coasters, Viper, which has been voted California’s #1 coaster, and X2, an extreme coaster where the individual ride cars move 360 degrees independently of the motion of the train itself.
